We are a small, family-owned and operated business based in Colorado. We bought
our first fixed week of timeshare in 1981. We fell in love with a resort in the
Colorado Rocky Mountains, near Winter Park in Fraser. We enjoyed our trips up to
the mountains and were practically pioneers with our first timeshare purchase, although
we didn't really discover how great timesharing could be until five years later
when we traded our owned weeks for a trip to California and Washington. That was
the beginning of a very exciting timeshare adventure.

We have discovered there is such a learning curve to using timeshare effectively.
It is a great concept that sounds so simple: buy a week in a resort and exchange it to go elsewhere. That is
how timeshare used to work, and it was very simple and straightforward, which worked
for many years. Then came "floating weeks," followed by something even more flexible
            -- points systems.

That brings us to our company and where we are now. We are VIP
Founding members with Club Wyndham Vacations (and we also own a large number
of timeshares at resorts around the world). We have purchased points that we can
use for our own travels and to rent out for amazing deals to our clients. Our VIP
Founding membership entitles us to special benefits and discounts, which we can
pass down to our renting customers. It's turned out to be an amazing service that
we can provide, and timeshare is something we are passionate about so we love it.

There is so much involved in starting a new business, and that's where our daughter
(and co-owner), Laura, comes in. She's the Manager for the business. Laura made
the wonderful decision in February 2007 to quit her job to stay at home with our
first granddaughter. She has taken the business from an idea in our heads to a
real, organized and functioning business. She'd come up with the company name,
maintains the website, communicates with all of the clients, advertises all of our
rentals, and takes care of the bookkeeping and contracts. She has learned a great
deal about the timeshare industry and appreciates the flexibility of working from
home so she can put her kids first.

            We pride
ourselves on giving personal, honest and friendly service with great discounts.
We want you to feel comfortable about your rental and, unlike our competitors, we're
happy to answer any questions you might have!
